Inappropriate Material For Kids

Are the board and superintendent ignoring inappropriate sexual material available to the students at school by shutting stakeholders down by referencing policy? Why would they not want to revise the policy to include stakeholders? Why would they not want this sexual material available to children reviewed and/or removed no matter who brings it to the attention of the board/superintendent?
