Why did the superintendent send a ban letter within 24 hours of the meeting in which a parent allegedly displayed inappropriate and volatile behavior by exercising their First Amendment Right in offering goody bags to board members and having a casket in the truck bed of their personal vehicle in the parking lot, while a middle school teacher, Mr. Bera, did not receive a ban letter until approximately 5/17/22 after being arrested on 4/29/22 for videoing students in various stages of undress? Eighteen days!  It has been reported that the ban letter for Mr. Bera was only addressed after a parent of one of the victims realized that Mr. Bera was still attending school functions.
